The Space

We are located in cottage district one block from a bit quieter of a beach, about 2 blocks to the big downtown park, and about 3–4 blocks from the hub of the strip with restaurants, shops, breweries and all the amenities that Sylvan has to offer.

We are happy to provide our guests a full service vacation cottage including the use of beach towels, beach toys, yard games, kayaks, bikes etc. There are few amenities you will need to bring yourself.

You will have access to the full home (not shared access) including our private back yard with fire pit, fire table, large umbrella, comfortable outdoor seating, BBQ and hot tub. Fire wood is provided at no cost.

If the weather moves you indoors, our large sectional sofa is the perfect place to cuddle for a good movie. Our indoor dining room seats 4 people with an additional 2 spaces at the kitchen island.

In the kitchen we supply amenities to provide you with your first few coffees or espressos of your stay, basic spices, olive oil and basic condiments.
